Hello Pebbles’ fans, it’s Eva Pizarro here today showing you how to use your favorite designs to create a patterned paper title for your next layout.

The Sunshiny Days collection has so many beautiful patterns and colors that it is hard to choose only a few of them for my projects. To avoid over-embellishing my layout, I decided to add a big patterned paper title. That way I could include more of my favorite designs!

To make the patterned paper title, I used my Mini Alphabet Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers. This mini version is perfect for cards, mini albums or layout titles.

I added a few pencil marks where I wanted my journaling to be and used my Typecast Typewriter to write it.

Next, I glued my title in place. The page is pretty clean—I like that the right side of the layout is mostly black and white and the left side has all those pretty colors!Create a patterned paper title with your Alphabet Punch Board and your favorite Sunshiny Days Papers. pc:@evapizarrov for @pebblesinc #pebblesinc #madewithpebbles

After that, I adhered my picture in place as well as and some die cuts and stickers.

Finally, I created a border using two thin washi tape prints.  By overlapping them a bit, I was able to create a zipper effect.

See all those pretty patterns? They are perfect for your summer pictures! My favorite is “Paradise” with all those gorgeous flowers!

Because the patterned paper title is bright and colorful, you don’t need many embellishments. Summer is a busy season and you only need 30 minutes to create this quick layout.

Thanks for joining me today! I hope you try a patterned paper title on your next project!

Heart of Home Layout “Happy Christmas”

Hello Pebbles friends and fans, Becki here to share a Heart of Home layout entitled “happy Christmas”.

When this collection landed on my doorstep a couple of weeks ago, I was giddy!! I fell in love with two things:. 1. the gorgeous shade of green that is throughout the collection and 2. the beautiful floral prints. I made sure to use BOTH of my favorite elements on this layout.

The first thing I did on this layout was fussy cut the flowers. I turned on Netflix and cut away while watching one of my favorite shows. While I cut out flowers, I was thinking about how I wanted this layout to come together. The patterned papers in this collection have such a happy, cozy feel. I felt like stitching and lots of layers were in order, so I pulled out my We R Memory Keepers Stitch Happy sewing machine.  Can I tell you, it is so much fun to work with! I LOVE the beautiful thick stitches around the layers on this layout. Oddly enough, I did use a Christmas photo on this layout even though this isn’t a Christmas-themed collection. Most of my Christmas photos are taken in poor light so I often print them in black and white. By printing my Christmas photos in black and white, I’m able to use any kind of products to document my Christmas memories. The label stickers in this collection are gorgeous and SO full of possibilities. I used them to nestle into the flowers as a base for some tiny word stickers. Hidden journaling is one of my favorite techniques lately. I used a basic kraft tag and a black journaling pen to handwrite my journaling. It is very important to me to have my hand writing appear frequently in my scrapbooks. I do love how this layout turned out and I LOVE this brand new Heart of Home collection.

As you can see, this collection is extremely versatile and completely gorgeous! Thank you for stopping by the Pebbles blog today. I’ll see you again soon!

I’m excited to share my “Heart of Home” layered card trio with you here on the blog today!  I just love the soft pinks and grays, combined with the woodgrains and florals in this beautiful collection!  I couldn’t wait to whip up a few cards to have on hand for some weddings that are coming up later this summer.  I also dug into my stash and pulled out these recipe card dies from an older Pebbles collection.  Here’s a look at the entire trio; keep scrolling down for step-by-step instructions to see how easy these cards are to make!

Start with the larger recipe card die and cut a card base from white cardstock:

Next, use the smaller recipe card die to cut two pieces from coordinating papers:

Add the first piece to the top left corner of the card front:

Next, place the second piece so the top portion of the bottom piece is exposed and the tabs are lined up:

Now gather some printed die-cuts to add to the top:

Tie some twine through the tag:

Add the leaves and flowers as shown, then use foam adhesive squares to attach the tag over the top:

Here’s the final card – isn’t it the perfect mixture of casual and elegant?  I think it is!  Layered card trio by @wendysuea with the "Heart of Home" collection by @PebblesInc.

Of course, I never make ONE card when I’m in the mood for card-making, so here’s a closer look at the other two cards.  Same formula, similar pieces, different cards:

You can even turn the card on it’s side for a different look:

Hello Pebbles Friends!  Renee here today to share a couple of Happy Day, Happy Wishes Gatefold Birthday Cards using the Jen Hadfield Heart of Home collection.  These gatefold birthday cards have small pockets inside to add a gift card.  Even though I created these cards for the summer birthdays that are to come, these gatefold birthday cards are great to give at any season.

To create the gatefold birthday cards, I simply trimmed pink cardstock to 6″ x 12″.  I scored at the 3″ and 9″ lines and folded my cards.

I decorated my gatefold birthday cards by trimming the Gatherings and Wild Daisies pattern papers to 2 ¾” x 5 ¾” (two pieces) and 5 ¾” x 5 ¾”.

To embellish the front of my gatefold birthday cards, I used circle and scalloped circle punches to add paper layers underneath my flower and butterfly die-cuts.

I used the reverse side of the Gatherings pattern paper under the flower die-cut and the reverse side of the Wild Daisies pattern paper under the butterfly die-cut along with white cardstock.

I love the flower die-cut on this “Happy Day” gatefold birthday card!  I stamped the sentiment on a pretty label sticker.

On my “Happy Wishes” gatefold birthday card, I added a pretty gold-foiled butterfly die-cut.

Heart of Home Mini Cards For Every Occasion

Hi Pebbles fans!! It’s Monique here today sharing a collection of “Heart of Home” mini cards.

When I saw the brand new collection from Jen Hadfield (“Heart of Home“), it was love at first sight! What an amazing collection this is! I adore the soft colors and the beautiful designs! When I got started on my cards, I thought I would create about 5 cards…and created 20! I just couldn’t stop playing! Creating with this collection truly made me happy. Here’s what I did:

Heart of Home mini cards created by @moniqueliedtke with the #Heart_Of_Home collection by @PebblesInc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #heart_of_home_mini_cards

I’ve always had a special love for small sized cards.  Whenever I see them in a store, I can’t resist buying them. They are so versatile! Not only can you send them to someone, they are also perfect to add to a present or hang from a bottle. If I won’t be home for a few days, I like to leave a little card on my kids’ or husband’s pillow with a little message inside. I created these cards with a single sheet of “Love of Home”  patterned paper and I didn’t even use all of the squares (there are 36 in total and I used 20 of them)! I also used 4 different colors of cardstock (white, kraft, pink and a light yellow).

Whenever I get started on a project, I like to see the entire collection (even though, in this case, I only used the Love of Home sheet). I used my trimmer to cut out all the squares:

Heart of Home mini cards created by @moniqueliedtke with the #Heart_Of_Home collection by @PebblesInc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #heart_of_home_mini_cards

The squares measure 5 cm x 5 cm and I cut two pieces of cardstock just slightly larger as a mat, both about 0.7 cm larger. The finished cards measure approx. 6.5 cm x 6.5 cm.

Before adhering the squares on the card base, I first made 20 sets as I wanted to decide on the color combinations and also add some machine stitching.

When the machine stitching was done, I glued the stitched squares on the cardstock bases and I was done!! It really took no time at all, but maybe that’s also because I had such a great time making the cards … time just flew!

Here’s one of the cards, aren’t the soft colors and pretty designs fantastic?!

And here are a few more:

When I was finished making the cards, I wanted to be able to see them rather then put them in my desk drawer with my other cards. I hung them in this We R Memory Keepers Clip Frame. I really love my collection of Heart of Home mini cards and hope you do too!
