Fall Memory Keeping with Spooky Boo!

Hi Pebbles Friends!

Amanda here, & today I have a super sweet Fall themed layout to share! Created with our new Spooky Boo line, the warm tones and pretty plaids are sure to win your heart!

Here’s my layout….

“Dream Big”

Isn’t this Halloween line just perfect for Fall memory keeping?! I was totally inspired by the Falling Leaves paper, as well as the plaid patterns, and my own memories of quilting and sewing in the cooler months. I love that this fun geometric heart design has a cut file appearance, but is actually created from hand cutting!

Here’s how to recreate it….

Start by preparing the layout base. I select pattern paper Falling Leaves , and layer it with an 11″ x 11″ white cardstock background.

Next, select your Spooky Boo pattern papers, and then trim at least five  3″x 3″ squares. I chose papers Meow, Hocus Pocus, Hey Pumpkin & Falling Leaves for my layout.

Trim each 3 inch square into equal triangle quarters by cutting diagonally.

Take the triangles and arrange them into a geometric heart design. Play around with the patterns & design, and once happy glue into place.

Prepare your photograph. I use a layer of vintage book paper, and those super cute pumpkins from the Printed Cardstock Shapes pack. These pumpkins are actually Jack-o-Lanterns with spooky faces, so I strategically covered them with the sentiment and blooms. Perfect!

Adhere your photograph to the geometric heart.

Embellish around the photo with more Printed Cardstock Shapes, as well as that gorgeous Wood Sticker from the Jen Hadfield Patio Party collection. The inclusion of the wooden embellishment really adds to the warm, outdoorsy, Fall feel of the layout.

Add the layout title and subtitle, with the Patio Party Thickers. Again, the wooden appearance really emphasises the  Fall look.

I even add a few of the laurel leaves from the Patio Party Thickers into my photo cluster.

So simple, and yet, oh so beauti-Fall!

In keeping with the quilted look, I also embellish with buttons and sequins from my sewing box. Cute!

I add the gold stars from the Printed Cardstock Shapes pack, as well as a few tiny butterflies which I fussy cut from the barcode trim on the bottom of the Falling Leaves pattern paper.

For final touches, I use my WeRMemoryKeepers Typewriter to add a little journaling beneath my photograph.

Voila! A lovely seasonal page that’s super easy to recreate! Love it!

I hope I have inspired you to get creating with our beautiful products!

Thanks so much for visiting,

Happy Arty Days, Amanda xo

Hi Pebbles buddies!  It’s Wendy Sue here again, sharing some fun Halloween cards with you!  I just can’t get enough of this year’s amazing Halloween collection, so I’m trying to use up every last bit of it.  I thought I’d put together some pretty Halloween cards for some neighbors.  These cards are quick and easy to whip up in only six steps!  Take a peek, then keep reading to see how easy they are!Six Step Halloween Cards by @WendySue for @PebblesInc. with the "Midnight Haunting" collection

Start with a few simple rectangles.  One for the base, one slightly smaller, then two more that are approximately 3″ x 4″ in size.

Hello Pebbles’ fans, this is Eva Pizarro bringing you a tutorial on how to make these cute little Pumpkin Treat Bags using Midnight Haunting and We R’s Globe Punch

Create Pumpkin Treat Bags and surprise your guests with this tutorial form @evapizarrov and @pebblesinc new collection Midnight Haunting #pebblesinc #madewithpebbles

These little pumpkins are very easy to make and because this line has both Halloween and Fall patterns they are perfect as treat bags and also as place cards for your next Thanksgiving party.

To make the pumpkins use your Globe Punch cut your favorite Midnight Haunting patterned papers.

Create the globe by interlocking the hooks behind each other.

Once your globe is complete squeeze it a bit to create the pumpkin shape.

Next, use a circle punch and this lovely paper from the Happy Hooray collection to create little leaves for your Pumpkin Treat Bags.

To finish embellishing your pumpkins create tags with die cuts or chipboard shapes and hemp twine.

Finish your project by attaching your sentiment to the pumpkin with a hot glue gun. I love my cordless Sticky Thumb one!

To fill your Pumpkin Treat Bags squeeze them gently and fill them with big candies, if you want yo use small candies my advice is to wrap them in a small piece of silk paper and place them inside before closing the globe.

Another fun idea is to use a light strand and turn them into small light garland! Wouldn’t that be fun?

Midnight Haunting Halloween Layout

Hello Pebbles friends! It’s Monique here! I’m so happy I get to share my Halloween layout with you today!

Are you already getting into the Halloween spirit? Maybe this layout using Pebbles’ spooky Midnight Haunting collection will help you a little closer! Originally Halloween is not a Dutch festivity, but lately people are celebrating it here more and more. When my son heard that there would be a Halloween celebration in his friend’s neighborhood, I just couldn’t keep him home! I managed to take one quick photo of the two of them and of course I had to scrap it!

For my layout, I decided to make good use of the fabulous die-cuts, stickers and chipboards in this collection. I stitched a large circle on my background page, placed the photo in the bottom right corner and decorated the circle with lots of embellishments.

Instead of using just one photo, I decided to print the same photo twice: one black & white and one in color, the black & white a little larger than the colored one. I then adhered the colored photo on top of the black & white photo and slightly at an angle. I love the extra dimension this gives my page.

My favorite die-cut in this collection is this owl, isn’t he cute?!

Although I also adore these little ghosts! And look how awesome the gold Thickers, puffy sticker and chipboard pieces are! I just love all the different textures in this collection!

How I wish we would celebrate Halloween too, if only because I would then be able to use this Midnight Haunting collection more! I know that if my kids are going to dress up for Halloween this year, I will insist they pose for me so I get to take many more photos! I can’t wait to see what you’ll do with this collection!

xoxo Monique
