Hello everyone, this is Eva Pizarro sharing with you an easy pumpkin inspired layout with Pebbles’ new fall line: Harvest.
As some of you probably know I live in Chile and we don’t celebrate halloween or have a pumpkin season, nonetheless I thought I could use the pumpkin shape as an inspiration for my layout. I searched a simple image and cut it several times with my electronic die cutting machine.
Then I took several strips of papers and glued them to a scrap piece of paper using my Sticky Thumb adhesive. This glue is perfect, if you attach the paper while is wet the glue is permanent and if you wait until is dry it becomes repositionable.
Cut your strips of paper and attach them to your layout in different angles.
Since the background of my paper was already busy enough I left the rest of the layout very simple. I matted the photos and journal all around my page.
These pictures are from our national holidays (18th and 19th September), we grill and eat. It is a great way to start the spring season here in Chile!
I used my enamel dots in two of my corners.
And these great alphas for my title. Love that chalkboard look!
To embellish the center of my pictures and give some dimension to my page. I used some layered stickers
Thanks for staying with me during this post, have a great week!
